Giulia is based at the Milan office and advises on restructuring, banking and financial law. She renders assistance to commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, private equity funds, private or listed companies in relation to extraordinary transactions.She particularly specialises in domestic and cross-border extraordinary transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganisations including compositions with creditors, crisis resolution and special situations, assisting various investors in the purchase or sale of non-performing debts and securitisations.She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 1997 after having trained in a boutique law firm in Milan, advising on corporate and insolvency litigation proceedings and pre-bankruptcy procedures, alternative bankruptcy procedures as well as corporate and debt restructuring procedures.Since Giulia has worked in international firms, first as senior manager in Andersen Legal and then as a partner in Studio Legale Tributario – in association with Ernest & Young and from December 2012 in Giovanardi Studio Legale, an Italian boutique restructuring Firm.
