As Department Manager of Woman RTW, Woman Shoes, Jewelry and Watches, I actively manage the development of the store guaranteeing the Hermès spirit of tradition, quality and service. Part of my activities and responsibilities are- Achieving sales objectives and KPIs, setting an example to my team by acting as an ambassador to customers- Providing an excellent after-sales service to create client loyalty- Coordinating and motivate the team to provide an high level of service to customers- Training the team and integrate new comers- Ensuring the respect of company policies and standards- Participating in the collections buyings- Managing department\'s stock accuracy and inventories.
