English below] Sono laureata in lingue ed ho conseguito un master post laurea in management del turismo. Il master in management del turismo è andato a rafforzare conoscenze che avevo già acquisito durante un precedente tirocinio in agenzia di viaggi. Spinta dalla mia forte passione per le lingue straniere ed il turismo, ho deciso di iniziare la mia carriera lavorativa in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale, attualmente lavoro infatti in un tour operator a Roma dove mi occupo di gestire il sito e i social aziendali, i preventivi in arrivo (via mail e via telefono), le trasferte di lavoro dei nostri clienti e la creazione di tour e itinerari di viaggio. I have a degree in foreign languages and a master in tourism management. The tourism managment master helped me to reinforce knowledge that I had already acquired during a previously internship in a travel agency. Since I am very passionate about foreign languages and tourism, I wanted to to start my job career in a dynamic and multicultural environment, that is why I am now working for a Tour operator in Rome where my roles are the management of the company social media and website, the management of travel packages\' quotes (both e-mail and phone), the business trip of our customers and the creation of tours and travel itineraries.
