I support the business as a people development subject matter expert in the identification of competencies gaps and needs. I help the organization in diagnosing the as is situation through various tools (i.e: employee survey, assessment tools, etc) and delivering specific people development programs. Supervision of employee lifecycle: specific new hiring, employee onboarding/engagement and retention, performance management and succession planning. Long term thinking approach in structuring and building the future strategic people development initiatives. In addition: participation in global projects/programs and work closely together with the Interroll Learning Academy. I act as a trusted partner and as a resource to the organisation, including building and maintaining successful relationships with high level internal stakeholders and external providers. Budget planning and controlling too!
