DM since October for 36-38 Square project. Featuring of office space, the new block will also offer of ground-floor retail space adjacent to of landscaped terraces. The building have concrete basements and cores, and rise above ground with a Hybrid steel and CLT structure, left exposed in the office spaces. Different tones of precast, portland stone decorate the external cladding.
