ABOUT GIULIA MEGGIO

With over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, I am an accomplished professional with a proven track record of success in leading international projects and building inclusive teams. As a Senior Manager at Microsoft, I lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to hire transformational talents across the European region, while also partnering with Country General Managers, HR Leads, and Finance to enable TA strategies.My experience spans different industries, including technology, telco, logistics and recruitment consulting. I am an experienced people manager with the ability to onboard, coach, lead, and mentor both junior and senior staff, employees, and contractors. My management skills include the ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with an analytical approach, maximize the strengths in my team to stimulate personal and group excellence, and energize others through a coherent vision.Besides participating in D&I projects at EMEA level and mentoring MS employees, I have also been chosen as a mentor for the first public sector initiative in Italy for female mentorship, called Mentorship Milano. This has given me the chance to promote female empowerment and inclusion beyond work.
