I am an inclusive and passionate leader that thrives in complex environments. My out of the box thinking, resilience and enthusiasm have helped me throughout my career and life experiences in taking initiatives, create new coalitions (cross functionally within corporate and within advocacy groups) and influencing project trajectories (applying my high level thinking and consulting skills to resolve complex regulatory/projects problems). I founded non-profits and new businesses; I built teams and collaborations via my networking and proactive outreach initiatives.Being an effective communicator I thrive in roles where my positive influencer skills are valued, I have successfully applied this in various corporate and government settings (executive management, health authorities and policy makers interactions).As an experienced clinical leader I leverage my strategic as well as my interdisciplinary technical expertise to guide programs and teams. I am knowledgeable in all aspects of early and late clinical pharmacology research in a variety of therapeutic areas with over 19+ years of drug development experience, including 16 years in Clinical Pharmacology. I have a special interest in translational medicine, formulation development and relevance of transport protein for DDIs. In my current role, I am also leading companywide initiatives as an employee’s resource group leader, specifically in support of employees with disabilities and their families.My personal interest is in the disabilities arena. I contribute to research in the field for rehabilitation treatments for children with neurological differences supporting families and professionals through the network of the Seastar Project (which I founded in 2015).
