Facilitate iterative development, collaboration, and regular feedback loops to ensure success in dynamic projects- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a distributed team of 10+ developers and testers, fostering collaboration and maintaining a positive team dynamic- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and proactively address potential risks to prevent project delays or setbacks- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and proactively address resource changes, including replacements, to adapt to evolving project requirements and maintain peak team performance- Internal Operations Optimization: Streamline internal processes and operations to improve overall efficiency and project delivery- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate clear communication between project stakeholders, team members, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals- Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly- Data Analysis and Dashboard Creation: provide insightful data analysis to support decision-making processes for high-level management. Leveraged analytical tools to extract meaningful insights and present them in user-friendly dashboards (Looker Studio), contributing to informed strategic decisions.
