I\'m a procurement professional born and raised in Tortona, Italy. I hold a bachelor\'s degree in Business, Logistics, and Transportation and have built my career across various roles in the logistics sector.In 2021, I transitioned from back-office inventory management to a strategic role as a Site Buyer, where I managed source-to-pay processes for indirect procurement categories, focusing on cost-saving solutions, quality, and supplier performance. I then advanced to the role of Site Procurement Manager, where I further developed my expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement governance. Over the years, I have continuously sharpened my negotiation skills and strengthened my cross-functional communication abilities, including my professional proficiency in English.I am currently part of Amazon\'s procurement organization, where I have been contributing for over a year and a half. In this role, I manage local procurement operations within a dynamic and fast-paced logistics environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams — including Safety, Operations, and Reliability & Maintenance Engineering — to deliver procurement solutions that support business continuity and operational excellence.I am recognized for my proactive, communicative approach and my ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders alike.
