Part of the Risk Office in Strategy, Risk Management & Transformation Department (before 2024 the team was in Internal Audit Department).Main activities in chief:• Risk Assessment and Monitoring: evaluating strategical and operational risks in OF using ERM framework; initiating follow-up assessments; managing the evolution of tools and methodologies; identifying the treatment actions, tools and indicators used to monitor the evolution of the risk (KRI/KPI/KCI); reviewing gap analysis and action plans.• Risk Reporting: creating and disseminating risk analysis reports to different stakeholders, including external auditors, Top Management, Control and Risk Committee, CEO and Board of Directors, ESG stakeholders (example: TCFD recommendations)• Integrated Compliance Analysis: identifying potential gaps or areas of non-compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards; assessing the potential risks associated; participating in or conducting audits to verify compliance with established policies and procedures• Reviewing procedures: Recommending changes to internal controls or policies in order to improve efficiency or effectiveness Main Projects in chief: Strategic and Operational Risk Assessment; Control and Risk Committee Reporting
