   As the primary administrator of health and wellness benefits for over 2,200 team members at The Boca Raton, I lead initiatives that support employee well-being and engagement. I successfully implemented a company-wide wellness program, bringing onsite vendors to promote well-being and health in the workplace.In addition to benefits administration, I manage the organization’s HRIS system, overseeing all personnel actions including new hires, terminations, promotions, and job changes to maintain data accuracy and compliance.I also provide support in employee relations, advising both managers and associates on HR policies and best practices, and serve as a key resource to the leadership team. I’ve had the opportunity to create and launch a comprehensive maternity leave packet and currently oversee all leaves of absence, including FMLA administration.
