Growing up in Milan, Italy, with Chinese immigrant parents and moving solo to the U.S. at 13, I learned resilience, adaptability, and the value of relationships. My journey has taken me across several countries, including Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Australia, Hungary, Canada, and the U.S. Through mission and service, I’ve found my purpose: helping others grow into their full potential and create lasting impact. With a background in Strategic & Corporate Communication and Leadership Studies from Chapman University, I bring a global perspective, multilingual fluency (Italian, English, Mandarin, and Spanish), and a passion for bridging cultural and professional gaps. As Director of Recruiting at Commercial Development Resources, I’m helping grow a civil engineering firm specializing in land development—on a bold path to doubling in size. I work closely with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, drive growth, and build the team that will take us there. I believe in hiring with purpose and building a workplace where people feel seen, valued, and are excited to grow. Since 2021, I’ve also dedicated myself to humanitarian efforts in Ethiopia and refugee support in Poland, deepening my commitment to service and social impact.
