In my role as Senior Director of Engagement Services at AutoCruitment, I focus on creating thoughtful processes that make recruitment smoother, site collaboration stronger, and our collective impact greater.I love helping teams find clarity in complexity, whether that’s refining workflows, improving how we engage and support sites through the referral process, or designing new ways to reach and connect with patients meaningfully.At the heart of it, I believe strong results come from strong relationships. I lead with curiosity, empathy, and accountability, and I’m driven by the idea that even small operational improvements can lead to real change for patients, sites, and teams alike.
