ABOUT GIULIA BERTOLDO

I am a project manager with a degree in building engineering and architecture at the University of Trento, as a pm I’m an expert in product development and project design. Now I’m working as a project manager for sitting and acoustic solutions, where I am responsible for overseeing the product development and project design phases, as well as managing timelines and costs. I work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned and moving forward as planned. In addition I am also responsible for the construction phase of the project, where I monitor and manage the work of construction teams to ensure that the project is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. I also worked as a packaging production developer and creative assistant at Bottega Veneta. Here, I develop and produce innovative packaging designs that reflect the brand\'s aesthetic and values, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the design team and external vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes. I also start to manage packaging production timelines, budgets, and quality standards and it was here that my journey towards project management began. Before working in retail, I spent one year in architecture studios where I prepared execution drawings for construction sites and worked closely with a fab lab, prototyping small architecture using 3D printing and laser cutting. I am a highly inquisitive, motivated, and resolute person, with a strong inclination towards daily acquisition of new knowledge and an unwavering attitude in the face of initial obstacles. I am constantly seeking out new challenges that offer opportunities for personal and professional growth.
