My curiosity for applied sciences and innovation led me to the world of Chemical Sciences, where I earned a degree in Chemical Science in 2012.Recognizing the importance of building strong relationships and achieving results, I began my professional journey in the commercial sector, first as a Sales Manager and later as a Market Manager in the specialty chemicals distribution industry.Motherhood has made me a stronger, more resilient person, enhancing my organizational skills and deepening my ability to actively listen to others.In January 2020, I had the opportunity to combine these three aspects by joining the Human Resources department, where attention to the humans and the understanding of the core business dynamics are combining perfectly in supporting the entire organization in achieving goals set by the corporate strategy. Today, I am leading the HR department in IMCD Italia.
