As part of the Musixmatch Publishing Operations team, I\'m charge of dealing with clients and customers (i.e. music publishing companies, self published songwriters) assisting them with the onboarding of their publishing data. I do customer service across the publishing support inbox and work cross team with the sales department.With the help of the backend team, we collaborate in processes of data quality checking, to make sure the information in our database are consistent.
