Serving as a contractor for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and relevant programs escorting foreign visitors who need logistical and administrative assistance during their stay in the U.S. Also, serving as a French Admin Liaison to help French-speaking delegations and interpreters.Each year nearly International Visitors come to the U.S. on the IVLP. More than International Visitors have engaged with Americans through the program, including more than 500 current or former Chiefs of State or Heads of Government.IVLP participants are nominated and selected annually by the staff at U.S. embassies around the world. Through short-term visits to the U.S, these current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience the country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts.

Hello, hola, bonjour! I’m a communications professional, former Emmy-nominated journalist, and multilingual storyteller passionate about connecting people, cultures, and ideas.For more than a decade, I’ve worked in broadcast journalism, public communications, and international engagement, translating complex topics into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.I began my career as a TV reporter and anchor in Palm Springs, San Diego, and Tulsa. During the pandemic, I joined the City of Tulsa as its first bilingual communications officer, developing communications strategies, producing multimedia content, and ensuring critical public information reached Spanish-speaking communities.Today, I provide translation and interpretation services through my company, Puente Pro, helping nonprofits and organizations communicate effectively in English, Spanish, and French. I also work with the U.S. Department of State as an International Visitor Liaison, supporting global leaders participating in the International Visitor Leadership Program and facilitating cross-cultural exchange.Outside of work, I enjoy learning languages, cooking, reading, and traveling — 28 countries and counting!
