I am Business Continuity Institute CBCI certified and have 10 years’ experience shaping IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery processes including the design of IT process interfaces into Business Continuity, Crisis Management and Incident Management. I have also led stakeholders through Risk Assessments, coordinated the completion of BIAs, created BCPs as well as managed the integrated testing of DR Plans. I have led Internal Audits – testing the design and operating effectiveness of risk controls, supplier recovery strategies and DR plans. I am experienced in establishing DR assurance controls and operational processes to monitor the risk profiles for IT services against maturity frameworks. As a PMI PMP certified Project Manager, I have delivered agile software development, data migration, infrastructure design and deployment projects, and have experience of leading both IT Development and IT Operations teams in regulated financial trading and energy environments.I can also code.
