Passionate ED & I consultant. I hold a Master\'s in Sociology from the University of Manchester. My dissertation focussed on the social impact of structural racism in the workspace for Black women in the UK.I also hold an undergraduate degree majoring in both Sociology and Women and Gender Studies, from the University of Toronto, St. George Campus. Both degrees has broadened my understanding of human interaction. It has lead me to think more critically and analytically about human behaviour and relationships.
