I am a People Analytics regional lead with 13+ years of experience across HR analytics, workforce insights, learning & organizational development, and enterprise HR program management.Currently, I lead People Analytics consulting for APAC & India, partnering with HR and business leaders to design targeted analytics solutions that enable evidence-based workforce decisions.
