As part of Sodexo Live!#1 goal, Contribute and secure an outstanding experience for all Rum Room customers. • Issue training manual for all new employees and in compliance with Sodexo Live! policies. • Feed data for both BOH and FOH in the POS to secure staff knowledge and proper implementation of POS tool. • Train and monitor staff\'s according to role and utilization of operational procedures for POS system and register to accurately and efficiently process guests orders. • Develop, communicate and implement seasonal and long-term business strategies to drive brand awareness and sales revenue to meet overall communicational and financial goals. • Plan and prepare in advance of reservation or events, and maximize from FOH staff allocation. • Perform duties according to Sodexo Live! policies for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution for FOH (Front of the House) • Create, record, supervise procedures for opening and closing at Rum Room\'s start to close business. • Maintain.positive, on-going communication with GM; relate information regarding guests feedback or complains as well as any issues with equipment and facilities. • Create work schedules according to business volume. • Prioritize, execute. and assign daily tasks and organize methods to improve performance.
