ABOUT GISELLE WIPPER
I am a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder majoring in Finance and Business Analytics with a Global Business Certificate. I’m pursuing a career in consulting, driven by an interest in solving complex business problems, working in high-performing teams, and delivering measurable impact for clients.Through experiences such as the Entrepreneurship and Empowerment in South Africa (EESA) program, I’ve led client-facing consulting engagements under tight timelines and resource constraints. My team partnered with two underprivileged entrepreneurs to redesign operations, implement financial tracking systems, and increase monthly sales by over 70%. These experiences strengthened my ability to structure ambiguous problems, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and operate effectively across cultural contexts. On campus, as VP of Development for the Leeds Consulting Group, I’ve designed professional development initiatives, organized large-scale recruiting events, and contributed to strategic recommendations for client projects. My background in market research, business development, and peer advising has further developed my analytical rigor, client engagement, and project management capabilities.I’m not currently seeking a consulting position as I will be an ERP Technology Consulting Intern at Wipfli this summer, but I am always open to opportunities where I can apply my quantitative skill set, structured thinking, and collaborative leadership style to help organizations solve meaningful strategic challenges.
