I love helping leaders- people like you- build flourishing workplaces through my work as Sr. Consultant at Best Christian Workplaces. My experience falls in strategy and execution in the fields of employee engagement, leadership development, human resources, and talent. My joy is developing leaders to create and lead fantastic organizations. I focus on a leader\'s own growth, as well as designing a great organizational structure. Over several decades, I\'ve designed, developed and delivered programs for a wide range of HR and leadership topics ranging from 10 person leadership workshops to 250 person learning experiences.
