Primary responsibilities include formatting and submitting between 10-40 appeals a day for reductions made on attorney invoices either manually by emails or electronically in billing sites daily.•Knowledgeable in billing sites (Legal Exchange, Tymetrix 360, Ehub, LawTrac, Legal-X,Collaborati, Passport, and so much more!)• Emailing clients regarding delinquent accounts, preparing and sending collection e-mails, negotiating payment plans, researching, analyzing and resolving problems by coordinating with the billing department and handling attorneys• Performing data entry and research across multiple company business software programs for billing and A/R collection purposes (Arcs, 3E, Ebilling Hub, etc etc)• Providing cross-department support and backup as needed (Emailing invoices for billing department, coordinating reversing payments and applying payments correctly)• Strong organizational and communication skills• Solid computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel. Proficiency in Legal Billing Systems and ARCS Software• Ability to communicate persuasively and interact effectively with employees and clients with varied backgrounds and levels of responsibility. • Ability to juggle multiple projects and respond quickly to changing priorities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
