I am currently the Talent Acquisition recruiter for the entire organization. Our 300 + dedicated employees help to support services to over 3,500 people a year. My daily goal is to source and attract high quality talent to make a difference in the lives of the people we serve.Covid-19 and the ability to work 100% remote enabled me to be more creative engaging applicants and community partners in ways we were not used to. Using technology, video calls, following up and traveling when possible opened new venues to create and maintain meaningful relationships and important partnerships in the community that became additional recruitment sources for us. I feel perfectly confident working from home with all the benefits of working \"in the office\" as my time management, work ethics and knowledge of the industry are strong. I consistently work on ways to increase the quality of candidates by improving the time to hire while being mindful of our budget.
