ABOUT GIRTS DZELDE
I work with founders, leaders and experienced professionals on hiring, team building and career decisions. Much of my work sits at the intersection of HR, recruiting, people leadership and individual career transitions.Over the past decade, I’ve recruited, headhunted and built teams both in-house and as an advisor. Most recently, I was Head of People at DoubleCloud, where I built the People function from scratch and supported teams across 16+ countries. Earlier in my career, I worked with organisations such as Google and Korn Ferry.This background means I’m used to assessing people, potential and fit under real conditions. It directly shapes how I work with individuals on positioning, interviews and negotiations.I also come from competitive sports and spent many years coaching. It’s influenced how I think about performance, pressure and long-term development.
