Havas voyages, France\'s 3rd largest business travel agency (480 million in annual buiness volume), assists its corporate clients in managing their business travel.My role as head of implementation involves working with the team to support our clients in deploying the different Self Booking Tools provided by the agency, as well as rethinking and deploying new processes to improve overall satisfaction, both internally and externally.Main tasks - Manage the implementation team activity (monitoring ongoing projects, assigning staff, taking part in key customer meetings, escalations management, HR management of team members, etc.)- Advising existing customers on optimising their usage (auditing configurations, usage recommendations, setting up improvement plans, etc.)- Creating and deploying new processes (deployement of a ticketing platform for improved management of incoming requests, redesign of the implementation request process, etc.)- Reviewing and updating customer documentation (project management materials (kick-offs, acceptance forms, set-up workbook), technical specifications for deployed solutions, etc.)- Technical point of contact with software providers- Support in answering and attending calls for tenders prospect meetings on technical business related topics (recommendations on deployment planning, technical answers, demos of solutions, etc.)- Training Havas Voyages employees on topics related to B2B online booking tools
