   Alexa Shopping’s goal is to build features so convenient that millions of customers worldwide use them every day across Alexa-enabled devices, stores and Amazon desktop and mobile. It creates convenient time savers for busy customers and their households across shopping journeys, capturing and organizing in-the-moment needs at home, on the go and at work.I spearheaded the multi-year evolution of Alexa Shopping\'s core Purchasing system, improving CX developer velocity by over 70%. I catalyzed and guided a revamp on the proactive architecture responsible for ingesting, managing and delivering content to millions of customers.I led organization-wide LLM adoption through pilot beta with fine-tuned open source models, delivering improvements in customer engagement and conversion. Shared learnings on bootstrapping for LLM era and defined architectural updates required for organizational transformation.To help launch Shopping on Alexa+ launch, I pioneered Model-Agnostic Framework adoption enabling organization to benchmark internal models against external state-of-the-art offerings while driving forward-looking architecture decisions on strategic investment priorities and technical direction. I redesigned developer experience focusing on data-centric approaches essential for comprehensive LLM evaluation and tool development.I led cross-functional teams to deliver forward-looking architecture patterns like incorporating compliance and regulatory requirements with generative responses, enabling streaming responses directly to devices, creating truly conversational experiences for upper funnel product exploration, expanding experiences to multiple endpoints. I spearheaded Multi-Model Runtime Integration presenting architectural approach to C-suite executives. By analyzing inherited 70-80+ services, I guided teams to determine consolidation opportunities, decommissioning candidates, and replacement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
