Over the years of working in the software industry and working directly with the customers I noticed a huge potential to help customers embark on digital transformation of their legacy environment to leading edge cloud technologies. Customers, both commercial across industries, and state & local government still operate on paper-based systems and some use excel as their automated system.With an ever-transforming technology, I constantly educate and reform myself. Change is the only constant.How I make it happen- I successfully lead discovery sessions, solutioning and architecture workshops to orchestrate a transformation journey- I confidently articulate the solution with C-level in simple easy to understand concepts- We discuss end to end solution from identity management, low code / no code solutioning, storage options, automation, insights and analytics, archiving, disaster and recovery, integrations- I build effective teams and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver the solution using agile delivery modelAt one of a large American corporation heavily invested in legacy on-premises implementation, they had a huge challenge with both operational expenses as well as new capital expenditure with legacy unsupported infrastructure. Using the three-horizon perspective, I completed a successful proof of concept in about eight (8) weeks. Completed a twelve (12) month engagement to upgrade the on-premises solution to modern cloud technology, with attention to identity management, integrations, process automation, storage, security and successful migration of ~2 TB data to the cloud.I win hearts and mind with both people skills and technical skills. I listen to understand both what the customer is saying and not saying. Then I do my due diligence to propose solutions and bring together the winning team to deliver it.
