I\'m Girisha Grover, a determined BBA graduate with a keen interest in leadership and human resources. I\'m now working as an HR intern at HRI, where I\'m learning about internal HR operations, employee coordination, and recruiting in a real-world setting. Real-time learning coupled with my academic background is assisting me in comprehending how individuals and procedures contribute to the success of organizations. I headed a cell that effectively facilitated communication between students and executives while being the President of the Placement Cell at IITM College.
