For nearly two decades, I\'ve been immersed in the world of Human Capital Management (HCM), building a career that spans product management and consulting. Currently, I\'m a Senior Principal Product Manager within our HCM Cloud Product Management team, where I focus on the core of the employee lifecycle: everything from employment processes and seniority dates to employment models, contracts, and mobile-first experiences.My background also includes extensive work as a Solution Consultant, partnering with organizations to achieve their business objectives. This involved crafting innovative solutions, streamlining processes, and leveraging my deep HCM expertise. I\'ve been fortunate to contribute to numerous HCM Cloud implementations, consulting engagements, and transformation projects.A few highlights from my career:• I\'m a Senior Principal Product Manager for our global Cloud HCM product.• I\'ve served as the HCM Solution Architect/Functional Lead for over eight HCM Cloud implementations, and more than ten HCM implementations overall.• I\'m a core member of our HCM Center of Excellence.• I\'ve played a key role in several HCM transformation projects.• I hold HCM Cloud certifications in Global HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Rewards.• I led the Absence Management implementation for one of the first customers to go live with HCM Cloud Release 8.• I was the Solution Architect for the first customer go-live on Cloud Time & Labor, delivered by Oracle Consulting.• I served as the HCM Lead for a major telecom service provider\'s HCM Cloud implementation.My passion lies in driving innovation within HR technology. With a solid foundation in HCM strategy, product development, and consulting, I\'m committed to improving workforce solutions and enabling digital transformation in the HR space.
