HR Policies and Processes :• Heading HR function of the organisation being responsible for complete spectrum of Human Resource Management.• Formulate & implement HR policies and strategies.• Issuing of Warning letter in line with business.• Involved in Performance appraisal which is line with KRA & KPI.HRIS and Onboarding :• Monitor all activities related to selection and onboarding across Pan – India.(Mumbai, Delhi & Pune)• Ensure that all new hires undergo a structured induction program as per company policy.Payroll • Responsible for attendance follow up with respective region & head of the department & sharing of attendance input with Accounts department for payroll processing.• Keeping the track of leave record.• Working on the Compensation structure of New joinee & sharing the CTC file with Accounts department• Addressing the queries in terms of salary.• Sharing the Full & Final calculation & follow up with Accounts department for the same.Recruitment and selection• Sourcing (Portals, agencies, Referrals).• Schedule the interviews according to the availability of the Managing Director.• Selection of suitable candidate based on the skill set required for the position.• Issue a detailed appointment letter explaining the roles & responsibilities, terms & conditions related to work, prevailing currently in the organization. Team Building / Training• Motivating Team to deliver on time. Get the work done from team members.• Conducting various training session for the Company like follow up with external trainer, negotiate cost & co-ordination of training session.
