I have 11+ years of work experience in the HR space, primarily as an HR Business Partner and HR Consultant with experience in executing large and wide-scale projects.After having spent 2.5 years as a People Advisor across various teams, I was part of the HR Ventures and Acquisitions team supporting the Asia Pacific geography in Accenture.After my stint with Accenture, I was the the HR, IR and Administration head for Raychem RPG\'s Chakan Location and led a team of 4. I later moved to Deutsche Bank in December 2018 and supported the Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and AFC teams spread across multiple locations while being based out of Mumbai.My previous stint was with HSBC in their HR Consulting team where I supported the Wealth & Personal Banking and Corporate Functions team, providing bespoke People Solutions.I am currently working with Cargill as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting a 600+ strong, diverse and highly matrixed workforce providing People Solutions and Advisory.I strongly believe in the motto - Per Angusta ad Augusta, that through efforts lies glory. In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and taking long walks.
