My role integrates fundamental research, valuation modeling, and direct management interaction to generate actionable investment insights.Key Responsibilities & Contributions:Prepare comprehensive investment memos and research reports highlighting business fundamentals, financial performance, competitive positioning, and valuation outlook.Build and maintain detailed financial models, incorporating revenue drivers, margin forecasts, and valuation through DCF and relative multiple frameworks (P/E, EV/EBITDA, P/BV).Actively participate in management conference calls and plant visits, engaging with CXOs and senior leadership to evaluate long-term business strategies and on-ground realities.Attend quarterly earnings calls, track management guidance, and provide performance updates with key financial insights and risk commentary.Collaborate directly with fund managers to assist in portfolio allocation and stock selection decisions through data-driven, qualitative and quantitative assessments.Conduct thematic and sectoral studies on SME and small-cap companies, and extend coverage to select global equities, including U.S. pharma (e.g, AbbVie) and fintechs (e.g, NuBank).Maintain and update quarterly result trackers, valuation sheets, and sector comparison matrices for internal use.
