My tenure as the Executive Director has been defined by decisive leadership over P&L and a diverse portfolio of energy assets, with an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and safety. I have led our pivot towards decarbonisation and energy optimisation opportunities, leveraging deep expertise in project management to drive innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.With over 25 years in the energy sector, I have built a career transforming businesses and delivering complex projects. As a member of the Executive Management Team, I have spearheaded strategic initiatives to maximize net asset value across both operated and non-operated joint ventures. Prior to this role, I established Spirit Energy’s decommissioning profit centre—turning an industry challenge into a value-generating enterprise.My expertise spans field development planning, conceptual design, technical scope management, engineering, project execution, and assurance. I bring strong commercial acumen in business risk management, contracts, contractor oversight, and people leadership. Additionally, I have played a key role in Mergers & Acquisitions, due diligence, and corporate strategy execution.Beyond my executive responsibilities, I actively shape industry standards. I served on the Step Change in Safety Leadership Team and the ECITB Connected Competence Council. Previously, I also contributed to the Decommissioning Leadership Team of Decom North Sea and the Offshore Project Management Steering Group in Aberdeen.An enterprising leader, I thrive on building high-performing teams, forging strong stakeholder relationships, and driving impactful change.
