Some major accomplishments are as below:1. Working with Automotive Component Manufacturers to improve their operations. This includes total transformation of the plants or improving specific areas of pain. This is typically 18 month engagement.2. Digitalization of ACMA Award process. This has rendered the process completely online and now uses AI to enhance assessment reporting.3. A program is developed for young managers. The organization grows their own managers from the high potential candidates within their own organization. This improves loyalty and retention of talent. At the same time, the cadre of future managers gets built.4. A course named \"Lean manufacturing\" was introduced in IIT Palakkad and delivered it for five years. This was full 3 credit course for UG, PG and PhD students in mechanical engineering.Specially designed program for Supplier Relationship Improvement is being run for one large tier 1 component manufacturers. The suppliers of this customers undergo a program that focuses performance and then goes back in to health of their plants.5. Working on Developing Capability Maturity Model assessment for component manufacturers. This will help evaluating various manufacturing plants based on their capability and maturity in it. The customers can readily reach out to appropriate supplier using this rating. Customers do not have to spend on annual assessments and most importantly suppliers do not have to face multiple customer assessments. One assessment will cater to all these needs.
