   Developed an operational dashboard by analyzing meeting rooms failures, failure trends, failure reasons using Power BI, and devised automated flows using Power Automate for Ops Manager to escalate active failures & trends in historical failures by triggering emails, chats, or tasks in Planner.• Developed a BERT multi-class Classification LLM model within GCP Vertex AI using Python to predict problem ticket assignment groups based on short description and configuration item name (free form text columns) data from BigQuery after performing textual data cleaning using the NLTK package.• Created an End-to-End automated Ticket Hygiene process using SQL to pull ticket data from the data lake on Hive/Impala ODBC connector and performed data processing using Python’s Pandas & Numpy packages and designed a Power BI dashboard highlighting the ticket performance KPI’s.
