I help to develop better engineering solution by developing a new product, Excavator, at John Deere to fulfill ever growing need of infrastructure around the world by embracing new technology.I spend significant amount of time in Engineering by working with team members across US, India, China and Brazil which gives me global perspective of how Diversity & Inclusion is vital along with engineering/technical skills. Started as Manufacturing Engineer, today I am leading integration of our new excavators (14 to 52 ton) here in Kernersville Factory and aiming to make them much more efficient from manufacturing perspective by following simple but effective Design for Manufacturing and Assembly principles.
