RF and Top Plate test fixture ~Built the assembly based on the drawings and BOMs while communicating with the customer on various technical design modifications to the fixtures.~Developed testing procedures and specifications for each of the test fixtures and successfully testing them for the customer’s satisfaction.~Documenting each step of the build by creating an OMSs for quality assembly by the skilled workers. CTFA Assemblies (Medical Devices)~Created assembly and testing OMS to document the process to be followed by technicians after being trained.~Addressed multiple technical issues regarding the semi-auto test fixture and assemblies in order to attain large volume production for the customer.
