ABOUT GIRIJA D.

Girija is pursuing an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam. He is passionate about new innovative ideas and interested in marketing. He is very much interested in participating in various college level and corporate competitions. He has been campus ambassadors for three reputed top colleges. Before joining MBA, he has worked as an intern in a Retail Industry. He was an HR intern in Reliance Retail LTD. He was working closely with the HR Operation head. As a part of the task, he was also coordinating with all the candidates, who were going to join, to negotiate salary and clear all of their doubts till their induction. He has retrieved weekly reports to identify the manpower gap. Girija has also worked as a Business operation intern in Reliance Retail LTD. He has done market research of competitors; such as entry price, exit price, etc. He has also enlisted store data, such as store layout, carpet area, margin, net sales, SPSF, etc. for further operational analysis. Once he suggested improvement measures for low sales in a stand-alone store. He is very inquisitive and he loves taking responsibility.
