About Giridhar Solasa

Medicine teaches you to think in layers. During my clinical rotations and medical officer work in neurosurgery, trauma, and critical care, I learned how much precision, timing, and collaboration define patient outcomes. Those experiences shaped my direction: I am building toward a career in neurosurgery, with a growing focus on surgical innovation and pediatric intervention pathways.At the same time, I’ve seen firsthand that while surgical capabilities continue to advance, the systems supporting patient care have not kept pace. Workflow gaps, fragmented communication, and inconsistent data continuity affect outcomes just as much as what happens in the operating room.This is where my work now focuses.Through the Society for Brain Mapping & Therapeutics, I contribute to research at the intersection of robotics, neuroimaging, and AI-assisted surgical planning with the goal of supporting safer, more precise interventions. My academic interests revolve around how technology can expand surgical capability rather than replace clinical judgment.Parallel to my clinical and research work, I founded Pre-scribed, a unified healthcare operating system designed to bring clinicians, patients, and health data into a single continuous ecosystem. Serve as operational bridge between the Executive Board and research fellows, ensuring alignment of project objectives with organizational scientific priorities.3. Structuring and assembling the academic and scientific program framework for the SBMT 2026 Annual Convention, including session architecture, speaker interfacing, thematic clustering, and inter-committee coordination.
