About Giridhar S
I am a second-year undergraduate at Shri Ram College of Commerce, pursuing Economics Honours, and I am very inclined to Finance and Research. I am also an avid learner in the field of Data Analytics, which I believe is a very sought-after skill in the world of Finance. In the vast field of Finance, I am more attracted to the stock market and have also taken up Finance as my minor in college. Numbers always fascinated me and I try my best to indulge in activities that can further this interest. Starting in my school, I headed the student council in my senior year and successfully organised several school functions and projects. I led a team of around 20 and developed my soft skills throughout my tenure. In my freshman year at SRCC, I found my interest in Finance and Research through college societies. As an Executive Member of The Economics Society at SRCC, I was part of a select team that prepared a comprehensive data report on the debt efficiency of G20 countries. This involved creating debt profiles for each country using data models of key parameters and statistics. I also contributed to a research initiative focused on the waste disposal and segregation system in Delhi, where I was involved in conducting on-ground surveys and preparing policy recommendations. Currently, I serve as the Technical Director of The Human Resource Development Cell at SRCC where I lead a team of 20 freshers who cater to the technical domain of the society. I am a curious learner and try my best to grab opportunities that align with my interests and can occupy me with growth prospects. I strongly aspire to be associated with the Finance industry and I\'m currently exploring opportunities that can elevate my skills and expose my expertise!
