   Project 1 – QA Lead for Boarding Thru Dynamics applicationBTD is an application that onboards merchants and small businesses to Wells Fargo. The entire onboarding process is done with Microsoft Dynamics• Worked as the principal QA resource supporting 2 different scrum teams that had more than 15 members in different roles• Performed all QA activities including requirements analysis, test planning, test case writing, test execution, defect management and testing sign off• Performed smoke testing and functional testing in Production environment for 8-9 releases. These checkouts would start after 7 pm PT and would end close to midnight after midnight• Provided training and mentorship to many new QA Analysts, developers and Business Analysts• Wrote detailed test cases which was used by the automation team to create an automated regression suiteProject 2 – UAT LeadA centralized UAT team was formed, of which I was one of the leads (in a team of 5) and we provided user acceptance testing support to multiple projects within Merchant Services group• I was assigned to lead 3 different projects• As the UAT lead, I participated actively in the test planning phase, providing inputs for testing, milestone dates, resource planning, testing scope• Wrote the test strategy document for all 3 projects• Wrote test scenarios and test cases for the projects and worked closely with product team to understand the scope of the projects and set expectations about the role of the UAT team in the overall testing of the projects• Performed active testing in another project that needed more testing support. This project was about moving the on prem application to the cloud environment. I executed ~50 test cases in 2 weeks and found and logged ~20 defects during my testing• As a key resource of the centralized UAT team, I created documentation providing guidelines for testing in Production environment and shared the documentation with all the scrum teams
