I have significant achievements throughout my career and got to them by making standout contributions.Some of my key achievements are as below-• Launched Program Management Solution from Scratch to MVP in 11 months for 30 plus global plants, resulting Annual Savings of USD by reducing of 30% infrastructure and eliminating licensing costs. • 50 % reduction in time spent preparing various Program Status Reports for driving Program team and engaging Management by Standardizing Launch definition, deliverables tracking and Real time metrics.• Launched a custom Program and Launch Management solution globally for 9 plants in 5 months, and thereby Reduced manual data entry, saving time by 25% for Engineering and Program Management users.• Implemented PTC Windchill across BOM, Change Management, CAD and Document Management for multiple customers, achieving 0 bug delivery & Complete OOTB fitment.• Delivery lead for multiple service lines, achieving 100 % SLA compliance for 4 years running.
