ABOUT GIOVANNI BANDERA

My lifelong passion for architecture and design has been the cornerstone of my career. My fascination with the world of yachting began during my sailing experiences across the Mediterranean, a region I am fortunate to call home. This unique environment has profoundly shaped my perspective, merging my architectural background with a deep appreciation for the elegance and precision of yacht design. As a Project Manager with a foundation in architecture and yacht design, I am driven by the challenge of transforming creative visions into tangible, functional luxury vessels. My work bridges aesthetics, technical innovation, and meticulous project coordination, ensuring every detail aligns with the highest standards of quality and functionality. Thanks to Cassetta Yacht Designers, I have had the opportunity to grow rapidly in my role and contribute to exceptional yacht projects, managing their development from conception to delivery. The Master’s program in Project Management at LUISS university, which follows PMI principles, was fundamental in my growth as a project manager, providing me with a robust methodological framework to approach complex projects with confidence and precision. It is within the realms of management, project development, luxury projects, and the ever-evolving landscape of new technologies that I find both inspiration and purpose.
