I’m a relationship driven operations professional who has spent my career keeping complex, high pressure environments running smoothly. My background spans film, media, and business, where trust, coordination, and execution directly impact outcomes and revenue.Early in my career, a near death experience involving a close family member changed how I viewed time and responsibility. It pushed me to become more intentional about how I structure my days and my work, focusing on accountability, priorities, and long term impact rather than just staying busy. That shift has shaped how I show up professionally as calm, disciplined, and respectful of the people involved.Over the years, I’ve built experience in negotiation, forecasting, business development, and operations, always with an emphasis on relationship management, systems, and logistics coordination. I’ve also launched entrepreneurial projects on international selling platforms, where I learned how to scale operations, build repeatable processes, and manage growth while maintaining strong partner relationships.Today, I apply these same skills in film and television as a wardrobe department professional. I’ve supported productions including The Night Agent (Netflix and Sony), Manifest (NBC and Netflix), and Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile (Sony Pictures), along with many additional film and television projects. These environments demand precision, adaptability, and calm problem solving, especially when timing, coordination, and trust are critical.I’m known for staying steady under pressure, aligning people with different priorities, and making sure important details do not fall through the cracks.
