Lead a project analyzing hundreds of delayed work orders finding that 13/62 work centers(queues) were experiencing 80% of delay occurrences using ANOVA and Pareto analyses, and streamlined visibility into which WO#s and Part#s were inadvertently effected-Partnered with the manufacturing planning team to create and implement a new process for conducting NREs(Non Recurring Engineering costs) which enhanced our lean operations and lowered lead times for our customers-Created and implemented a factor rating system to be used when sourcing new or ambiguous parts and RM which utilized unique supplier profiles detailing core competencies and quality statistics leading to reduced waste and better purchasing decisions for the team-Built PowerBIs providing better visibility into our part’s milestone payments to make better capacity planning decisions, to help increase revenue in each quarter and ensure the milestone payments were not being missed-Assisted in continuous improvement(CI) efforts and lean manufacturing decision making within the SC department
