ABOUT GIOVANNI STELLIN
Since my MSc degree (Mechanical Engineering, 2003; PhD in Microsystems Engineering, 2008), I have been working in an international environment in the fields of robotics, advanced machines and mechatronic devices with focus on technical activities, R&D management and business development. Currently I am mainly involved in the capability management of Parcel and Packets Solutions (PPS), with focus on R&D project management, business plan development and product roadmap. I have a deep expertise in the management, strategic analysis, technical steering and team coordination of industrial projects (e.g. Steel Industrial Robotics, Oil & Gas Robotics; Service Robotics, Defence) and international funded projects (e.g. EU H2020). I am competent with the main project management methodologies and Quality Assurance Processes. I cover a position of responsibility where taking difficult decisions and assessing the risk is often necessary.
