I\'m an experienced, flexible professional profile, with a technical background in Information Engineering. After an initial experience as software developer, during my career I\'m acquiring the expertise in managing IT projects. Requirements collection, business processes analysis, effort estimation, budget allocation, project planning/monitoring, test management and solution delivery are part of my daily job. I think that in the IT world problem solving attitude is more important than any specific knowledge. All knowledge gaps can be always \"filled\" just with a good approach. I\'m ambitious, motivated and dynamic in work as in my life. Sono un profilo professionale senior, flessibile, con un background tecnico in Ingegneria dell\'Informazione. Durante la mia carriera sto sviluppando le competenze per gestire progetti IT, dopo una prima esperienza come sviluppatore software. La raccolta dei requisiti, l\'analisi dei processi aziendali, la stima dell\'impegno, l\'allocazione del budget, la pianificazione/monitoraggio dei progetti, la gestione dei test e la consegna delle soluzioni fanno parte del mio lavoro quotidiano. Penso che nel mondo IT l\'attitudine al problem solving sia più importante di qualsiasi conoscenza specifica. Tutte le lacune di conoscenza possono essere sempre \"colmate\" solo con un buon approccio. Sono ambizioso, motivato e dinamico nel lavoro come nella vita. Ich bin ein erfahrener, flexibler Berufseinsteiger mit einem technischen Hintergrund in der Informationstechnik. Im Laufe meiner Karriere entwickle ich nach ersten Erfahrungen als Softwareentwickler die nötige Fachkompetenz für die Leitung von IT-Projekten. Anforderungserfassung, Geschäftsprozessanalyse, Aufwandsschätzung, Budgetzuweisung, Projektplanung/-überwachung, Testmanagement und Lösungsbereitstellung gehören zu meiner täglichen Arbeit. Ich denke, dass in der IT-Welt die Einstellung zur Problemlösung wichtiger ist als spezifisches Wissen. Alle Wissenslücken können immer nur mit einem guten Ansatz „gefüllt“ werden. Ich bin sowohl in der Arbeit als auch in meinem Leben ehrgeizig, motiviert und dynamisch.
