My work experience includes direct management and design involvement that has ranged from project\'s initial conceptual planning through its construction.My engineering experience includes preliminary, final design, load rating analysis, and construction-phase services for minor and major Highway bridges, Taxiway bridges and miscellaneous structures such as retaining walls, sound barrier walls, culverts, mast arms, toll facilities and signage structures.My managerial experience includes developing the scope of work and fees, monitoring the project\'s schedule and budget, and supervising and coordinating the design with other disciplines.
